PH prefix indicates 5 pounds of opening force based at 30 from centerline of pivot. PH closers may not be used on labeled fire doors or exterior doors. Rixson accepts no responsibility for PH closers and door latching. Also be advised that ADA guidelines DO NOT apply to fire rated openings or exterior doors. Standard top pivot #180 included and M19 intermediate pivot is required (order separately). Built-in Positive dead stop prevents door from swinging beyond the desired opening degree. Separate and independent valves for closing speed latch speed and backcheck. Cycolac rust-proof cement case. Vertical door adjustment. Doors 60 to 90 in height should use one intermediate pivot. Furnished with wood and machine screws. The Dark Oxidized Satin Bronze equivalent (613E) finish provides the richness and warmth of the 613 “living” finish but maintains its original color and appearance and will not fade or wear over time.
